Anni Dahms

“A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO HEALTHY LIVING AND NUTRITIONAL WELLBEING”

As a former nurse, health practitioner and nutritional advisor with a private clinic in Denmark, it’s no surprise that Anni is committed to healthy living through nutritional well-being. In fact, it’s difficult to believe that Anni was born in 1943, as she is the best advert for nutritional healthcare and alternative therapies.

Whilst still nursing, Anni studied alternative therapies and trained as a naturopath to become an expert on vitamins, detox and essential oils. A continued interest in complementary medicine lead to further qualifications in therapies such as visualisation, esoteric psychology, iridology and reflexology.

In 1990, Anni relocated to Spain and opened her first health food shop ‘Centre for Health and Culture’ as a precursor to ‘Anni’s Vital Shop’, providing seminars and lectures with her son Nils. Then in 1994, Anni and Nils opened the first Anni’s Vital Shop in Los Boliches… and as they say, the rest is history!

As a family business, Anni and Nils choose staff who share their convictions for complementary medicine and wellbeing, ensuring clients receive expert advice and great customer service.

Nils

Nils, like his mother Anni, also espouses the benefits of complementary medicine and nutritional healthcare. Working alongside Anni, Nils is responsible for the administrative side of the business, including online sales, the marketing and the management of the Elviria store (Marbella), where he gets to practice his multilingual skills (Danish, German, English and Spanish) on the cosmopolitan local clientele. If you have any questions, Nils is your go-to guy.

Sami

“WITH SIMPLE CHANGES YOU CAN OPTIMISE YOUR QUALITY OF LIFE”

Sami works alongside Anni in the Los Boliches store, where he enjoys helping customers regain and maintain their vitality. He speaks Finnish, Danish, English and Spanish.

His interest in nutrition was peaked when he sought assistance from a naturopath in his native Finland. As a young hairdresser, Sami suffered from a bad diet, stress and allergies caused by daily exposure to chemicals. The guidance he received changed his life forever, both personally and professionally. He went on to study vitamins, minerals, nutrition, alternative treatments and psychology at the Institute of Biological Medicine in Denmark and more recently Ayurveda in Malaga.
