Fine organic molasses made from unrefined sugar cane. The canes are crushed and the sugary juice is extracted through several pressings. The juice is then slowly boiled down into a thick, sticky mass – this is molasses.
Instructions for use and precautions:
Molasses can be eaten on its own, used in bread making, or as a natural sweetener in cooking. It also makes a wonderfully tasty sweetener for a warm cup of tea.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place.
