Organic Millet from Rømer is naturally gluten-free and can be used as rice. Millet can also be cooked into porridge and boiled millet can be added to bread dough and pastries.
Instructions for use and precautions:
Rinse the millet thoroughly under water before cooking. Cook 1 part millet with 2 parts water and a pinch of salt for about 30-35 minutes.
Storage:
Store in a dry place.
