In many ways, linden flowers are exciting and characteristic with their intoxicating scent – and loved by many. It is used for herbal tea – try mixing it with black tea or chamomile.

Instructions for use and precautions:

½-1 tsp per cup of boiling water. Let brew for 5-10 minutes and strain before serving. Drink 1-3 cups per day.
