OmniX is the ideal multivitamin if you want a wide supplement of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, but for various reasons want to avoid Iron or vitamin K.

To omit vitamin K is e.g. often recommended for treatment with blood-thinning drugs. As for Iron, supplements with this mineral are generally not recommended for postmenopausal women or for men. However, there may be exceptions, such as if you live predominantly vegetarian and / or are very physically active. It is therefore always an individual assessment whether you should supplement your diet with extra Iron or not.

OmniX is composed with a focus on absorbability using high quality ingredients. OmniX’s characteristic colour is from the natural colour of apple and spirulina.

Biosym uses methylated vitamins in their multivitamin products, which are vitamins that do not need to be converted in the body before absorption. The vitamins are more costly for them to produce, but better for the body and health and especially important for those individuals who cannot convert other forms than methylated vitamins.

Be aware that OmniX contains vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), also called “the yellow vitamin”, which can colour the urine dark yellow. This is normal and completely harmless.
