Vegetable proteins from organic hemp seeds (Cannabis sativa L.) can be used in a delicious plant smoothie or used in cooking. Hemp protein is created by crushing and sifting the “hemp cake” that forms after the oil is pressed out. The process takes place at max. 45-48 °C.
- Proteins are building blocks for the body.
- Protein helps to increase and maintain muscle mass and maintain normal bones.
Instructions for use and precautions:
Mix into bread, porridge, minced meat and soups. Try a delicious smoothie: mix 1-2 tbs organic hemp protein with 1-2 tsp Xylitol powder. Dissolve in non-animal drinks (e.g., almond drink). 1 tbs organic hemp protein weighs 6-7 g. You may leave out xylitol.
Should not replace a well-balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
