Description:
Agar agar is a natural gelling agent derived from seaweed. It is commonly used in cooking and baking, especially in vegetarian and vegan recipes, as a substitute for gelatine.
Instructions for use and precautions:
Gradually add Pronagar into the liquid you’re using for your recipe (water, milk, juice, broth, etc.). Bring it to a boil and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes while stirring occasionally. After that, add the rest of the ingredients to your recipe. No need for any prior rehydration.
Very firm texture: 250 ml of liquid.
Firm texture: 500 ml of liquid.
Soft texture: 1 litre of liquid.
