Red clover helps maintain comfort during menopause, with fermentation enhancing its bioavailability. Lemon balm contributes to a positive mood and restful sleep, while peppermint aids digestion. Sourced from fresh, organic herbs, REGOMEO is vegan, organic, unpasteurized, alcohol-free, and free from preservatives.

Daily dosage:
Adults: Initial Dose: 120 ml daily, divided into two doses (morning and evening).
Maintenance Dose: After 2-5 weeks, when the effect is felt, the intake can be reduced to 60 ml daily. Some individuals may need more (60-120 ml daily). If the effect diminishes, increase the intake back to the initial dose of 120 ml until the effect is felt again, then attempt the maintenance dose once more.

After opening, the extract can be refrigerated for optimal taste, as it tastes best when cold. The shelf life does not change after opening.
