MCT oil from Puhdistamo contains 60% caprylic acid (C8) and 40% capric acid (C10).
The colorless, tasteless and odorless MCT oil is easy to use in any food, drink or smoothie.
Although MCT oil is extremely heat resistant, cooking with MCT oil is not recommended.
Instructions for use and precautions:
You should start using MCT oil with 1 teaspoon daily and gradually increase the dose to a maximum of one tablespoonful day
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place.
