The unique properties of aged black garlic are precisely due to this aging process, in which the substances present in fresh garlic, such as allicin, undergo conversion into other more stable and active sulfur compounds like S-allyl-cysteine. 2 capsules provide 1000 mg of a patented dry extract of aged black garlic bulbs with a 10:1 ratio, equivalent to 10,000 mg of fresh garlic bulbs. Standardization guarantees the supply of 1 mg of the active ingredient S-allyl-cysteine and more than 3% polyphenols.
