Puhdas + Sport Collagen contains hydrolyzed Peptan® bovine collagen (Type I collagen). Collagen makes up to 30% of the protein in the human body and is found especially in bones, muscles, tendons and skin. Around the age of 25, the body begins to lose its ability to produce new collagen. Puhdas+ Sport Collagen is a multipurpose collagen and protein supplement. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and the maintenance of normal bones.
