Thyme has an aromatic, spice taste and is excellent for meat marinades, stews and ovenbaked veggies. Heating will boost its flavour. Thyme is also a popular herbal bitter ingredient.

Instructions for use and precautions:

½-1 tsp per cup of boiling water. Let brew for 5-10 minutes and strain before serving. Also used as a culinary spice.
