Super Vitamin D from Puhdistamo is a strong 100 mcg vitamin D3 preparation. The cod liver oil packed in a soft capsule naturally contains vitamin A and vitamin D, in addition to which it has been supplemented with vitamin D3. In nature, vitamin D is most abundant in fatty fish, so high-quality fish oil has been chosen as the base of the product. Natural fish oil ensures excellent absorption of vitamin D.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal functioning of muscles, bones and the immune system.
