Nigella seeds (black cumin seeds) are hard, black and taste slightly bitter like cress. They have both a strong peppery taste, but also a light sweetness that gives them a special charm. The scent is immediately reminiscent of the sprinkling on Turkish bread and testifies to the long tradition of the use of the small seed in the Middle East. Here you get a delicious organic nigella seed oil with the nigella seed’s characteristic taste properties. The oil can be used internally as well as externally as a skin moisturizer.
