Preserved in brine, the flowers of the caper shrub have a savory and aromatic flavor and a pleasant, crispy bite. The flowers are manually harvested in the early morning hours when the flowers are still closed. A specialty that requires a lot of tender care.
Instructions for use and precautions:
Ideal supplement to pizza, Mediterranean dishes, sauces, salads and meatballs. The brine may also be used for seasoning.
