Tolonen Maitohappobakterit contains 4 billion live lactic acid bacteria in one capsule. It also contains 6 studied strains of lactic acid bacteria: Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium l longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus gasseri.

It contains no harmful ingredients to the FODMAP diet. Does not contain lactose, gluten, soy, yeast or sugar. In addition, the product is vegan.
