The algae oil in OmniOmega Veg O-3 is a direct source of the essential long-chain omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA.

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. DHA also helps maintain normal brain function and normal vision. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA for the heart and 250 mg of DHA for the brain and vision.

The algae oil in OmniOmega Veg O-3 is fermented under gentle conditions in production facilities on land and is part of the Biosym Pure quality label, meaning that the oil’s purity values can be checked at biosym.dk. The oil contains no iodine.
