Kudzu root starch (Pueraria lobata)
Instructions for use and precautions:
Dissolve 1-2 teaspoons of kuzu in a cup of cold liquid. Add it to soups, sauces, or custards, and cook over low heat until it becomes translucent. Stir slowly and consistently.
