Snow Fungus & Maitake mushroom coffee is an intriguing blend for those who enjoy a slightly darker roast. Like all Rå Hygge mushroom coffees, it is low-acid (pH 6.5) thanks to our patented post-treatment process. The Snow Fungus/Tremella and Maitake coffee blend is pre-ground and suitable for French press or regular filter brewing.

Instructions for use and precautions:

Dosage: 14 g per cup of coffee.
Roast: Medium dark.

Storage:

Store in an airtight container away from direct sunlight.
