These terms and conditions apply to purchases made by consumers in this shop, which is owned and operated by ANNIs VITAL SHOP Costa del Sol, S.L. VAT. ANNISVITALSHOP.COM is a website dedicated to the sale of food supplements, headed by ANNIs VITAL SHOP. ANNIs VITAL SHOP also acts as responsible for the contents of the website ANNISVITALSHOP.COM and Trade Policy Establishment. We recommend that you read through the terms carefully before you shop on the web shop.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
There is a 14 days right of withdrawal, from the date you receive the products, or get the last product in physical possession, when it involves an agreement with several items that have been ordered in one order but delivered separately. You must notify us of your wish to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase. The right of withdrawal can be exercised by sending a message to us, either via ordinary mail or e-mail, without specifying any particular reason for withdrawal. You can not exercise the right of withdrawal by simply refusing to accept the products, or by failing to pick it up from the transporter, without giving us clear communication on this. E-mail: email@example.com. Remember to include the order number. NOTE: The right of withdrawal does not apply to items, that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly, eg. beverages and foods, and products where you removed the seal/packaging, and where the product for reasons of protection of health or hygiene reasons is not suitable to be returned, and if the seal/packaging has been broken. As a result you are unable to undo the purchase of the following examples: medical equipment, vitamins, dietary supplements, hair dyes, detergents, sweets and snacks, drinks, pet food and care, baby care products, personal care products (eg, body care, cosmetics, nails, fragrances, personal hygiene items, hand cream, plasters and bandages, etc.) if the packaging is broken. If you send a notice of withdrawal of the purchase, you must then return the products to us. If you received the products as “free delivery”, then you have the opportunity to return the product to the store where you picked up the item, or by returning the products to the above address. If the products have not been supplied as “free shipping”, please return the product to the address above. You must return the products without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you announced that you would cancel the purchase. We may require documentation that the product is shipped within the deadline. If the item is sent, you must make sure that it is packed with due care considering the special nature of the product. NOTE: You are responsible for any damages that may occur during transport. Also note that you must bear the cost of returning the item, unless we have delivered the products to you by mistake, or if the product upon receiving has been damaged or broken. We are not able to pre-set the cost of return shipping, as this i.a. depends on the weight, selection of carrier etc. However, it is likely that the shipment for return will cost at least the same as what you have paid on the webshop for delivery (provided that delivery has not been free). Returned items should be in good and undamaged condition. If the returned products show signs of damage or use – beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way it operates – you are liable for the deterioration of the product’s value. We estimate the possible value from a specific assessment of the returned item. If the product is proven beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that by you cancelling the purchase will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product’s commercial value. Payment for the product will be reimbursed as soon as possible and, in all circumstances, no later than 14 days after our receipt of your communication of your decision to withdraw from the contract. However, we reserve the right to withhold such reimbursement until we have received the product/products for inspection or until you have supplied evidence of having returned the product, whichever is the earliest. If you decide to withdraw from the contract in accordance with these terms and conditions, we will reimburse the purchase price together with the original freight costs (however, not any additional costs incurred as a consequence of you opting for a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery) less any loss of value. Unless otherwise expressly stated, we will carry out the reimbursement by using the same means of payment as the one used by you to perform the initial transaction. Note! We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery (COD).
6. COMPLAINTS AND APPEALS
You should be within “reasonable time” after having found a fault / defect in the product, give ANNIs VITAL SHOP a notification by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or at the following physical address. If you file a complaint within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be in time. If you are filing a complaint about a product, you are required to write a description of the fault / defect and attach a copy of your invoice. If your complaint is justified (the product is defective), you can either have the item replaced, repaired, a refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation, and (reasonable) shipping costs refunded to you. Note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery (COD) or the like. Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging, and remember to get a receipt for the shipment, so we can reimburse your shipping costs.
