MARNYS® Liquid Vitamin E is a food supplement formulated with D-α-tocopherol, the most active natural form of vitamin E. It contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

The liquid format ensures rapid absorption and is particularly suitable for children, the elderly, or individuals with difficulty swallowing. The base of virgin olive oil, rich in oleic acid, enhances the stability and absorption of vitamin E.

Daily dosage:

Children aged 4–9 years: 0.3 ml daily (approx. 8 drops).

Children aged 10+ and adults: 0.5 ml daily (approx. 14 drops)

Instructions for use and precautions:

Take the recommended daily amount using the marked dropper. Place the dose directly on a spoon for ingestion. Preferably take in the morning.
