Description:

Pai Mu Tan, organic from Sonnentor, is a fresh and light tea with a balanced flavour. For this tea, only the bud and the two top leaves are hand-picked, and immediately after picking, they are air-dried.

Instructions for use and precautions:

Preparation: 1 teaspoon per cup of 70-80 degrees Celsius hot water. Steeping time: 2-3 minutes. Strain using a tea filter.

White tea can also be cold-brewed. Brew the tea with cold water in a cold brew jug or in the usual way with a tea filter in a pitcher and place it in the refrigerator. Steep for a minimum of 30 minutes. It can last in the refrigerator for a couple of days. A good sugar-free alternative to other beverages.

White tea is also suitable for making iced tea. Brew the tea following the instructions. Sweeten to taste with sugar and let it cool. Serve with ice cubes.
