Description:

These organic dried wakame seaweeds (*Undaria pinnatifida*) are harvested by hand from their natural habitat along the Galician coast (Bay of Biscay and Portuguese waters). The white powder on the seaweed is due to natural sea salts, which act as a natural preservative.

Instructions for use and precautions:

Soak for 15 minutes in water for raw consumption. Alternatively, boil for 10–20 minutes for use in soups, stews, rice dishes, cereals, sauces, and more.

Storage:

Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place.
