Description:

Puhdas+ Electrolyte Powder provides the body with essential electrolytes – magnesium, potassium, sodium and calcium – and also contains glycine and vitamin C. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Potassium contributes to normal muscle function.
