Description:
Søbogaard’s organic blackcurrant jam is made from sun-ripened berries of the highest quality and gently sweetened with organic apple juice concentrate – no added cane sugar. This jam has a bold, slightly tangy flavour that pairs well with both sweet and savoury dishes.
Perfect as a topping for bread, pancakes or yoghurt, served with cheese, or used in home-baked tarts and cakes. Blackcurrants are naturally rich in vitamin C and especially popular in Scandinavian cuisine.
Storage:
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a few weeks.
