Description:
Organic pearled barley is made from whole barley grains that have been partially polished to remove some of the fibrous outer layer. The grains are cleaned, polished, and packed immediately after processing.
Instructions for use and precautions:
Rinse your grains and cook them in plenty of lightly salted water for 15–20 minutes. After that, the only limit is your imagination: salads, risotto, porridge, slow-cooked dishes, desserts, and baked goods.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place.
