Description:
Raw cacao originates from tropical climates. Among the Mayans and Aztecs, it was considered a sacred food. Cultivated by organic farmers in Peru, it is hand-harvested, with the highest quality beans selected and fermented to reduce their initial bitterness. Cacao powder contains less fat and more fibre than cacao beans.
