Description:

Organic milk thistle seeds can be used for tea. The tea has a mildly sweet and slightly bitter taste.

Instructions for use and precautions:

Use 1 tablespoon of seeds per 250 ml of water and leave to soak overnight. Boil for 5–7 minutes and strain using a tea filter. The decoction is now ready to drink.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place.
