Smart Mag is a high-quality magnesium L-threonate supplement featuring the patented Magtein®, a clinically studied form of magnesium known for its ability to cross the blood-brain barrier and support cognitive and neurological function.

The daily dose of three capsules provides 2000 mg magnesium L-threonate, including 144 mg elemental magnesium, along with added L-glycine.

Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function, including processes such as nerve signalling and the regulation of stress responses.

Magnesium L-threonate differs from many traditional forms of magnesium due to its unique structure, where magnesium is bound to L-threonic acid, a natural metabolite of vitamin C.
