Description:
Ombar 72% is an organic raw dark chocolate made from premium-quality Ecuadorian cocoa with a minimum cocoa solids content of 72%.
Produced at temperatures below 42°C, the gentle low-temperature process helps preserve up to six times more naturally occurring cocoa flavanols than comparable non-raw chocolate with the same high cocoa content. Sweetened with unrefined coconut sugar, naturally rich in minerals and made from the nectar of the coconut palm.
Contains the live probiotic culture Lactobacillus acidophilus (2 billion CFU).
Ombar is a natural source of magnesium and manganese and is 100% organic, dairy-free, vegan and Fair for Life certified. Made with just a few carefully selected ingredients for an intense cocoa flavour.
