Søbogaard’s organic elderflower drink is made with fragrant Danish elderflowers, organic cane sugar and lemon juice. It offers a light and refreshing taste with floral and citrusy notes, perfect for summer enjoyment.

Serve chilled, diluted with cold water, or use as a base for cocktails, mocktails, or desserts. It also makes a lovely addition to fruit salads, sorbets, or light sauces for sweet dishes.
