Organic thyme from Sonnentor. Traditionally, thyme is used for yellow peas, sausages, and soups. It is also good for marinating meat, for example, together with parsley, garlic, and bay leaves. Additionally, it is excellent in casseroles with wine and for oven-roasted vegetables. Thyme withstands boiling and can be added to the dish from the beginning. However, when seasoning with thyme, remember that the flavour intensifies upon heating.

Thyme can also be used to make herbal snaps and herbal tea.
