Description:
Used for all types of cooking, ghee can withstand high temperatures and is therefore ideal for frying. Ghee can tolerate extremely high temperatures without turning into trans fats. It is produced from organic butter, which is heated until the water content evaporates and the milk solids separate. Cosmoveda’s ghee is not pasteurised, nor is the butter made from raw milk used in the ghee.
Instructions for use and precautions:
Used for frying, baking, and in dishes. You can toast your spices in ghee to enhance their flavour.
Ghee is a natural product. At room temperature, it can be both solid and liquid. During the transition from liquid to solid (fat crystallisation processes), small granules may form. This does not affect the quality of the product.
Storage:
Can be stored at room temperature for several months after opening.
