Description:

Organic Corn Starch from Rømer is a pure starch made from the inner part of the corn kernel and is naturally gluten-free. As corn starch has a neutral taste, it can be used in all types of cooking. It dissolves easily and thickens without forming lumps. Corn starch is used for making corn porridge or gruel. Additionally, it is great for thickening dishes where a glossy appearance is desired, or as a substitute for wheat flour in sauces, stews, pastry cream, or fruit compotes.

Instructions for use and precautions:

Preparation: Mix 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of corn starch with 75 ml of cold water or milk. Pour the corn starch mixture into the hot liquid and stir until you achieve the desired consistency. Let it boil for a few minutes.

Storage:

Store in a cool and dry place.
