Description:
Clearspring’s Organic Toasted Sesame Oil is made from whole toasted sesame seeds, cold-pressed without the use of chemicals to preserve flavour and nutrition. This richly aromatic oil is one of the defining tastes of East Asian cuisine. Perfect for enhancing stir-fries, noodles, sauces and dressings with its deep, nutty character.
Instructions for use and precautions:
Ideal for stir-fries, marinades, sauces and dressings. Recommended maximum heating temperature: 180 °C. Best added towards the end of cooking to retain its distinctive toasted flavour.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dark place. Close tightly after use. Refrigerate after opening for best quality.
