Description:

When the fresh coconuts are cold-pressed for their oil, the coconut meat is gently dried and finely ground. You can use it as an alternative to almond flour and as a partial replacement for wheat flour when baking. Replace a maximum of 20% of the flour with coconut flour and remember to add extra liquid and possibly increase the amount of eggs when baking bread and cakes. You can also use it in smoothies and as a fiber topping for your breakfast.
