Description:

Organic alfalfa seeds (Medicago sativa) for sprouting. These sprouts have a mild, fresh flavour reminiscent of salad and are ideal in sandwiches, wraps, dips or on open-faced bread. Their versatility makes them a great addition to a wide variety of dishes.

Instructions for use and precautions:

Sprouting method:
Soak the seeds in a cup of water and stir to help them settle. Let soak for approx. 10 hours.
Transfer the seeds to a sprouting container.
Rinse with fresh, cool water 2–3 times a day. Avoid strong water pressure as it may damage the sprouts..
It takes up to 6 days for full sprouting and leaf development.

Use sprouts in salads, sandwiches, bread, soups, smoothies or as a fresh topping.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place.
