Description:

Organic broccoli seeds (Brassica oleracea) for sprouting. These sprouts have a fresh, broccoli-like taste and are perfect in smoothies, sandwiches, wraps, and salads, or as a tasty side dish. Their vibrant green colour also makes them ideal for decorative garnishing.

Instructions for use and precautions:

Sprouting method:
Soak the seeds in a cup of water and stir to help them settle. Let them soak for approx. 10 hours.
Transfer the seeds to a sprouting container and spread them out evenly.
Rinse with fresh, cool water 2–3 times a day. Avoid strong water pressure as it may damage the sprouts.
It takes up to 6 days for full sprouting and leaf development.

Use sprouts in salads, sandwiches, wraps, smoothies or as a colourful garnish.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place.
