Instructions for use and precautions:

Chicory inulin can be added to any food or drink without greatly influencing its taste or texture, thus adding a fantastic source of fibre to your daily diet.
For every 5 grams of the product, fibre intake increases by 4.4 grams.
By mixing it with water and heating it, Inulin can be used to produce a syrup. Inulin can also be added to smoothies to thicken them and increase sweetness.
