Description:

The beautiful white flowers give the thorny hawthorn bush an elegant appearance. Organic hawthorn makes a delightful tea with a mild, sweet herbal flavour. It can be enjoyed hot or cold. Add a few slices of lemon and some sparkling water, and you’ve got a lovely summer cocktail.

Instructions for use and precautions:

½-1 tsp per cup of boiling water. Let brew for 5-10 minutes and strain before serving.

Cut hawthorn leaves and flowers* (Crataegus monogyna and Crataegus laevigata)
