Take your morning coffee to the next level! Puhdistamo Caprylic Oil is a medium-chain fatty acid made from 100% coconut oil.
Unlike MCT oil, Caprylic Oil contains 100% caprylic acid (C8), whereas MCT oil contains both caprylic acid (C8) and capric acid (C10).
The colourless, tasteless, and odourless caprylic oil is easy to use in any food or drink. Although caprylic oil is heat-resistant, it is not recommended for frying.
