Description:

VitaCare Valerian and Hops is a natural product with valerian root (valerian) and hop cones. Both herbs have been recognized for centuries.

Valerian and hops contribute to normal sleep.

Each capsule contains:

• 53.5 mg of valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis), corresponding to 215 mg of the raw material.
• 38 mg of hop cone extract (Humulus lupulus), corresponding to 285 mg of the raw material.
