OmniOmega® Lecithin is rich in the essential phospholipids, which are building blocks in cell membranes. There are five primary phospholipids:

• Phosphatidylcholine (PC) an important phospholipid for the liver due to its content of the essential nutrient choline.
• Phosphatidylinositol (PI)contains the nutrient inositol.
• Phosphatidylethanolamine (PE)
• Phosphatidylserine (PS)
• Phosphatidic acid (PA)

It also contains phosphorus, oleic acid (omega-9), which is a monounsaturated fatty acid, and linoleic acid (omega-6), which helps maintain a normal cholesterol level in the blood.

Linoleic acid (omega-6) contributes to maintaining a normal cholesterol level in the blood if the daily intake of linoleic acid is 10 g. The product contributes 4725 g in this context when consuming 3 teaspoons.

Phosphorus contributes to the normal function of the body’s cell membranes and normal energy metabolism.

Phosphorus contributes to maintaining normal bones and teeth.

Choline contributes to maintaining normal liver function.

Choline contributes to normal fat metabolism and homocysteine turnover.

Daily dosage:

Recommended daily dosage for adults and children aged 11 and above: 2-3 teaspoons (approximately 7-10.5 g).
