Pure soy lecithin granules (non-GMO), a natural emulsifier and source of phospholipids. Ideal for nutritional supplementation or use in food preparation. Naturally high in unsaturated fats, including omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids.
Instructions for use and precautions:
Recommended daily dose: 1 tablespoon (approx. 8 g), taken with fruit juice or water. Can also be sprinkled over salads, soups, or yoghurt.
