Organic Couscous from Rømer is made from small pre-cooked grains of durum wheat and is a good source of protein.

Rømer couscous, organic, can be used for vegetarian dishes, salads, and as a side dish.

Instructions for use and precautions:

• Boil water.
• Pour 1 part couscous into a bowl with a pinch of salt.
• Add 1 part boiling water and immediately cover the bowl with plastic wrap, foil, or a lid.
• After 5 minutes, it is ready to use and should be fluffed with a fork to make the couscous light and fluffy.

Storage:

Store in a dry place.
