Description:
Organic red rice from El Granero Integral. These whole grains get their beautiful colour from anthocyanin, a natural antioxidant. Naturally rich in fibre and nutrients, red rice has a slightly nutty flavour and firm texture. Ideal as a base for salads, side dishes, or hearty main meals.
Instructions for use and precautions:
Soak overnight for best results. Then cook using 3 parts water to 1 part rice. Simmer for approximately 30 minutes until tender.
Storage:
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
