Star anise has traditionally been used in herbal teas for its pleasant flavour. It is also known to support digestion, help with diarrhoea, and may promote milk flow in breastfeeding mothers.

Instructions for use and precautions:

Recommended for infusions: add one tablespoon to boiling water and remove from heat. Cover and let steep for 8–10 minutes. In the case of roots, barks, or seeds, simmer gently for 2–4 minutes before straining.
