Description:
The fennel plant is related to dill and parsley, and its leaves look like those of dill. The most intense flavour comes from fennel seeds which have a mild, slightly sweet taste that resembles liquorice or aniseed. Fennel is native to Western Asia and the Mediterranean area where it has been used for millenia.
Instructions for use and precautions:
For tea: 2 tsp per cup of boiling water. Let brew for 5-10 minutes and strain before serving. Drink 1-3 cups per day.
