Saffron 2% Safranal contains Affron®, a patented extract developed by Pharmactive and made from the red threads of Spanish saffron flowers (Crocus sativus L.).

Affron® is standardised to at least 3.5% Lepticrosalides®, a proprietary complex of naturally occurring saffron compounds. This standardisation ensures a consistent composition from batch to batch.

The recommended daily dosage of 2 capsules provides 30 mg of Affron®, corresponding to at least 1.05 mg of Lepticrosalides®, including 0.6 mg of safranal.

Saffron contributes to emotional balance and helps to maintain a positive mood. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
