Longevity Spermidin is a food supplement with natural spermidine from wheat germ extract, together with zinc, selenium and thiamine (vitamin B1).

Zinc plays a role in the process of cell division and contributes to normal DNA synthesis.

Zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system and help protect cells from oxidative stress. Selenium also contributes to normal thyroid function and normal spermatogenesis.

Thiamine contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the normal function of the heart.
